Terms & Conditions

CLINIC OPENING HOURS

Consultations and treatments are available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am until 3pm.

If you require a treatment outside of these hours we will try to accommodate you, but please note

Appointments before 10am or from 3pm to 5pm attract a surcharge of £30.00

Appointments from 5pm to 8pm or later attract a surcharge of £50.00

YOUR APPOINTMENT

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to help us ensure that all treatments run to time and all clients are treated on time, every time.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are late for your appointment we reserve the right to shorten the treatment time (where this is possible) but still charge for the full amount, or to reschedule the treatment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be billed for the full cost of their scheduled treatment. This also applies to same day bookings which are subsequently cancelled.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice, where possible, if you need to change your scheduled treatment to another date/time.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an appointment we require at least 48 hours notice – please contact Melissa Sharpe on 020 8446 2912 or 07956 908 078.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be billed for the full cost of your scheduled treatment.

Cancellation fees can only be waived at the sole discretion of Melissa Sharpe.

CANCELLATION BY MELISSA SHARPE

In the unusual event that Melissa Sharpe needs to cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond her control, Melissa will contact you by phone to arrange an alternative appointment.

Please be aware that when you book an appointment with Melissa Sharpe you are accepting these terms and conditions as part of the contract for treatment.
