Treatments

The treatments that we provide are time sensitive. It is imperative to correctly time regular appointments. Hairs must be treated in the first stage of growth and, therefore, it is much more beneficial to have many short treatments and appointments rather than longer treatments and periods between treatments. It is also far more cost effective that way as we’re sure you’re aware.

Our services are heavily in demand and we are regularly forced to turn customers away due to time constrictions and potential over-booking.

Once you have booked an appointment with Melissa, we require every client to arrive as close to 10 minutes early as possible (don’t worry, we’ve got coffee and magazines). In this way we can ensure that all treatments run to time and all clients are treated on time, every time.

If you wish to cancel an appointment we require notification of cancellation. This must be done, in writing, 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Should you book an appointment and simply not arrive, you should be aware that you will be billed for the missed appointment.

Once you have booked a treatment time you are committing to us providing you with a dedicated session for your treatment. We are paid for our time and expertise. Should you not be able to attend for a treatment session, you should be aware that you will be billed for our lost time.

Melissa treats clients from 10:00 until 15:00. If you require a treatment outside of these hours, we are happy to accommodate you.

Appointments before 10:00 or from 15:00 to 17:00 attract a surcharge of £30.00

Appointments from 17:00 to 20:00 + attract a surcharge of £45.00

Please be aware that when you book an appointment with Melissa, you accept these terms and conditions as part of our contract to treat you.

If you have any questions, please call us. Of course, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. We look forward to seeing you. Just get there early.
